01 · How it works
Three steps.
One of them is pressing play.
01
Open a room
Pick a film on your computer or paste a YouTube link. The room prints a six-letter code and a ticket.
02
Send the ticket
It's a normal link. Paste it in any chat. Whoever taps it lands in the room. No account needed to join.
03
Press play once
Everyone starts on the same frame. Pause, skip or scrub and the whole room follows.
02 · The sync
Flip it off. That's movie night without us.

Why not just share your screen?
Sharing a screen
SyncTogether
Picture
Sharing a screen: Re-encoded on the fly, squeezed through the host's upload.
SyncTogether: Every machine plays the file natively. 4K stays 4K.
The remote
Sharing a screen: One person drives. Everyone else asks them to pause.
SyncTogether: Anyone can play, pause and scrub, or the host locks the remote.
Turning up late
Sharing a screen: Rewind for everybody, or miss what they missed.
SyncTogether: They land where the room is. Nobody stops.
04 · What's in the room
Everything a couch has. Minus the couch.
LOCAL OR YOUTUBE
Your file, or a link.
MKV, MP4, 4K HDR: every machine plays its own copy natively, hardware accelerated. Or paste a YouTube URL and skip the file entirely.
FACECAMS
Faces down the side.
Voice and video beside the film, not on top of it. Light on the CPU, so the bandwidth goes to what you came to watch.
CHAT + REACTIONS
Say it, or throw it.
A chat that remembers the night, and animated reactions that float over everyone's screen the moment you tap.
INTERMISSION
Rooms that wait for you.
Stop for dinner. The room remembers where you were and reopens right there: for a day on Free, for good on Patron.
PRIVATE
Your film never leaves.
Files play from your own disk. Paths never leave your machine, and the chat is wiped when the room closes.
HOST CONTROLS
One remote, if you want.
Everyone can drive, or the host keeps the remote. Late arrivals are held at the door until their copy loads.
TRY IT
Throw a reaction.
Exactly what everyone in the room sees, floating over the film the moment you tap.
